Founded in 2015 by Thomas Wetherell, Blue Charm Beacons was built on decades of high-level international manufacturing and operations experience. Before launching Blue Charm, Thomas spent over 15 years leading major corporate turnarounds and large-scale manufacturing across Asia, managing workforce teams of thousands for global leaders like Henkel and Rexam.

Recognizing the growing demand for open, reliable Bluetooth hardware, he established Blue Charm to bridge enterprise-grade production with direct, transparent support. Today, Thomas oversees a global footprint anchored by U.S. sales in Eugene, Oregon, and major production operations of over 110 employees in Shenzhen, China, delivering dependable, universal BLE solutions to developers and enterprises worldwide.
