A unique beacon and sensor combination that can be configured to broadcast differently depending on the position of a door or window (open or closed). It also has an anti-tamper feature to prevent bad actors from pulling it off the wall or window frame.

Broadcasts your choice of iBeacon, Eddystone TLM, Eddystone URL, and/or Eddystone UID format. Broadcasts battery strength via TLM broadcast.

Description

      • A unique door/window/drawer/etc. position status beacon. This beacon can be configured to broadcast one uuid when closed (the two parts are put together) and a different uuid when open (the two parts are separated). There are also quite a few other variations. 
      • This beacon includes a tamper-indicator button which can be configured to broadcast a specific uuid if the beacon is pulled off of the wall by bad actors (in which case the tamper button pops out).
      • This beacon can achieve ranges of up to 100 meters.
      • 16 month battery life (CR2032 included). The battery is easily replaceable after 16 months. (Based on 0dBm TX, 1000ms interval, and unconnectable setting).
      • Real time battery level can be monitored using our KBeaconPro app or retrieved programmatically using a scan request method or broadcast as part of a TLM broadcast.
      • Broadcasts your choice of iBeacon, Eddystone TLM, Eddystone URL, and/or Eddystone UID format. Eddystone TLM broadcasts battery strength, temperature, and broadcast count data.
      • Free configuration apps for iPhone & Android allow you to adjust settings according to your needs.
      • Transmit distance: 0.2-100 meters.
      • Selectable TX levels: -40, -20, -16, -12, -8, -4, 0, +4
