ATTENTION: Over the last few years, large numbers of visitors have come to this specific page of our website. But since we sell a relatively small quantity of this specific beacon (BC068), this leads us to believe that people are visiting this page trying to figure out how to configure a beacon that looks the same as this one, but was purchased from another manufacturer/seller. This housing and beacon PCB were quite popular several years ago and were sold by many different companies. Unfortunately, the firmware, and thus the way you need to configure them, is often very different.
Our advice: Contact your original seller for instructions for your specific beacon. Alternatively, purchase one of these beacons from us; our instructions are very detailed and definitely work correctly. They are a little bit tricky and technical, so we don’t recommend this beacon for novices. Another idea is to purchase one of our more consumer-friendly beacons, such as the BC037. It’s very easy to configure and to use.
